We highly recommend that you have the contract and section 32 reviewed by a fully licensed conveyancer before you bid as an auction contracting under the conditionals. For a small commission you can employ a buyer’s advocate to act on your behalf when bidding in auction. When bidding for yourself and deciding how much your limit is, rather than making it as a real number such as $300,000, rather make it $301,000 or $302,000. As most people you are competing against will have a real number and it may only take one more bid to win your dream home.
