In this role you will support our Office Manager with accounts, reporting, training and ensuring our office runs like a Swiss watch.

Melbourne’s most flexible senior conveyancing position

Commercial conveyancing, business sales and purchases, off the plan sales, related party transactions, leases and licenses:

(Candidates with no conveyancing experience should not apply for this position but are welcome to apply for one of our traineeship positions which we regularly advertise for on our website).

This could possibly be the most flexible senior conveyancing position in Melbourne.

You can have input in to your own permanent part time hours or work full time.

We have a unique role available for an experienced conveyancer who excels at problem solving complex conveyancing issues.  This role complements our already highly experienced and competent senior conveyancing team with additional depth and capability.

We are ideally looking for someone with many years of experience but will also consider candidates with a minimum 2 years experience if they are quick to learn. Candidates must genuinely care for their clients and be delighted to share the excitement of their clients’ experience with them.  The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with commercial conveyancing and off the plan developments with outstanding customer service skills.

We looking for someone who can work a minimum of 24 hours (up to 40 hours per week) a week.

Salary will be heavily dependent on your experience and the amount of training you will require, however we offer generous salary packages.
